Welcome to the Blu Brain Ambassador Programme! By joining, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which govern participation in our referral programme.
1. Eligibility & Registration
✅ You must be at least 18 years old.
✅ You must provide accurate details (name, email, payment info, etc.).
✅ Blu Brain reserves the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.
✅ You cannot use your own referral link to earn commissions (self-referrals are prohibited).
2. Commission Structure & Payments
2.1 How You Earn Commissions
You earn 12% to 22% commission based on your Ambassador Rank.
Your commission applies to the first purchase made via your referral link.
If Lifetime Commissions (LTA) is active, you also earn on recurring purchases.
Commissions do not apply to refunded or canceled orders.
2.2 Payment Schedule
Payments are processed on the 1st of each month for earnings from the previous month.
Minimum payout threshold: £25.
Payment methods: PayPal or UK bank transfer.
2.3 Tracking & Attribution
Referral cookies last 30 days from the first click.
If a customer clicks multiple referral links, the last clicked link receives the commission.
You can monitor sales and commissions via your Ambassador Dashboard.
3. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines
3.1 Approved Promotion Methods
✅ Social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
✅ Personal blogs & websites
✅ YouTube reviews & podcasts
✅ Email marketing (must comply with anti-spam laws)
✅ Biohacking & wellness forums (where allowed)
3.2 Prohibited Marketing Methods
❌ Paid ads using "Blu Brain" brand keywords (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
❌ Fake discount codes, misleading promotions, or deceptive claims
❌ Posting referral links on Blu Brain’s own social media pages or third-party marketplaces
❌ Spamming, unsolicited messages, or violating GDPR regulations
3.3 Compliance & Accuracy
You must not make medical claims (e.g., "Blu Brain cures brain fog").
Approved phrasing includes: "Blu Brain supports cognitive health and focus".
All content must be honest, ethical, and align with Blu Brain’s brand values.
4. Refunds, Chargebacks & Commission Adjustments
If a referred customer requests a refund, the commission is revoked.
If Blu Brain issues a chargeback due to fraud or policy violations, the commission is deducted.
In cases of excessive refunds, Blu Brain reserves the right to investigate accounts.
5. Termination & Account Suspension
Blu Brain may suspend or terminate your account if you:
❌ Engage in fraudulent activity or abuse the programme.
❌ Violate marketing or ethical guidelines.
❌ Fail to comply with our Terms & Conditions.
Termination results in forfeiting unpaid commissions.
You may voluntarily leave the programme at any time by requesting account deletion.
6. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance
Blu Brain collects and processes ambassador data per GDPR regulations.
We do not share or sell your personal information.
You can request account deletion & data removal at any time.
7. Modifications to Terms
Blu Brain reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Ambassadors will be notified of changes via email or dashboard announcement.
