1. Commission Structure
As a Blu Brain Ambassador, you earn a commission for each successful sale made through your referral link. Your commission rate depends on your rank within the program:

✅ Lifetime Commissions (LTA): If a customer makes repeat purchases, you may continue to earn commissions on subsequent orders as long as the Lifetime Commissions feature applies.
✅ Subscription Orders: You earn a commission on the first payment of a subscription, but not on recurring charges unless linked via Lifetime Commissions.
2. Payout Schedule & Minimum Threshold
Minimum Payout Amount: £25
Payout Schedule: Payments are processed on the 1st of each month for approved commissions from the previous month.
Example: If you earn £40 in March, your payout will be processed on April 1st.
If your balance is below £25, it rolls over to the next month until the threshold is met.
3. Payment Methods
✅ PayPal: Available for ambassadors worldwide.
✅ Bank Transfer: Only available for UK-based ambassadors.
Important: Ensure your payout details (PayPal email or bank details) are up to date in the Ambassador Dashboard to avoid delays.
4. Commission Approval & Processing
Pending Commissions: All commissions go through a pending period of 7-14 days before approval.
Refunded or Canceled Orders: If an order is refunded or canceled, the commission is revoked.
Chargebacks: If a transaction is disputed and reversed, any commission earned on that transaction will be deducted.
5. Common Payment Issues & Fixes

6. Violations & Commission Forfeiture
No Self-Referrals – You cannot earn commissions on your own purchases.
No Fraudulent Activity – Any attempt to manipulate the system will result in immediate account termination.
No Unauthorized Discount Codes – Only use official ambassador discount links provided in your dashboard.
