Common Issues & Troubleshooting for Ambassadors

Welcome to the Blu Brain Ambassador Support Guide

If you’re experiencing issues with your Blu Brain Ambassador account, referral tracking, or payments, this guide will help you troubleshoot common problems and find quick solutions.


1. Login & Account Issues

1.1. Forgot Password

Solution: Go to the Reset Password Page and enter your registered email for a reset link. 

Didn’t receive an email? Check your spam/junk folder.

1.2. Can’t Log In

Solution: Double-check your email and Password. Ensure there are no typos or spaces. 

❗ If your account is pending approval, you won’t be able to log in yet.

1.3. Account Not Approved

Solution: Applications typically take 1-3 business days for review. If your application is pending for more than 3 days, contact [email protected].


2. Referral Link & Tracking Issues

2.1. My Referral Link Isn’t Tracking Sales

Solution: 

1️⃣ Ensure you’re using your unique referral link from the Ambassador Dashboard

2️⃣ Customers must click your link before purchasing for it to track. 

3️⃣ Referral cookies last 30 days – if they purchase later using a different link, it won’t track to you.

2.2. Referral Shows as ‘Pending’

Solution:

  • All referrals go through a pending review period before being approved.

  • The referral will be approved once the order is processed and not refunded.

  • This process may take 7-14 days, depending on the order.


3. Payment & Commission Issues

3.1. Haven’t Received My Payment

Solution: 

1️⃣ Payment is processed on the 1st of each month for all approved commissions from the previous month. 

2️⃣ Ensure you have reached the £25 minimum payout threshold

3️⃣ Check that your PayPal email or bank details are correctly saved in the Ambassador Dashboard.

3.2. My Commission Amount is Incorrect

Solution:

  • Check your rank level in the Ambassador Dashboard, as commission rates vary.

  • Confirm the sale was tracked using your referral link.

  • Refunds and chargebacks can adjust your commission total.


4. Promotion & Marketing Issues

4.1. I Can’t Find My Marketing Materials

Solution:

  • Go to the Marketing Resources section in your Ambassador Dashboard.

  • Download banners, social media templates, and pre-written content.

4.2. My Referral Link Doesn’t Work

Solution:

  • Copy the full link from the Ambassador Links section.

  • Ensure it includes your unique affiliate ID.

  • Try opening the link in Incognito Mode to check tracking.
