1. Overview of Lifetime Commissions (LTA)

The Blu Brain Ambassador Programme offers Lifetime Commissions (LTA), meaning you can continue earning commissions from customers you originally referred, even on their future purchases. This ensures long-term earning potential as you build a base of loyal customers.

2. How Lifetime Commissions Work

✅ First Purchase: Customers who place their first order through your referral link are permanently linked to your account.
✅ Future Orders: Any future orders placed by that customer (logged into their account) will continue to generate commissions for you.
✅ Subscription Orders: If the customer subscribes to recurring purchases, you receive commissions on each billing cycle.

? Important Notes:

• Customers must first purchase through your referral link for tracking to apply.
• Tracking may not carry over if a customer creates a new account or uses a guest checkout.

3. Tracking & Attribution Rules

✅ 30-Day Cookie Window: If a visitor clicks your link but doesn’t purchase immediately, your referral will still track if they buy within 30 days.
✅ Priority Attribution: If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the first-click rule applies (the first ambassador to refer them gets the commission).
✅ Dashboard Tracking: You can view lifetime referrals and commissions in your Ambassador Dashboard under the Referrals & Earnings section.

4. Commission Rates & Adjustments

? Blu Brain reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time. Ambassadors will be notified via email of any rate adjustments.
? Commission rates are based on your rank level at the time of the purchase.

5. What Can Affect Lifetime Commission Eligibility?

? Self-Referrals Not Allowed – You cannot earn commissions on your own purchases.
? Fraudulent or Misleading Sales – Any attempts to manipulate referrals may lead to commission removal.
? Customer Uses a Different Email or Account – If a referred customer creates a new account, it may not be tracked to you.

6. Changes & Policy Updates

Blu Brain reserves the right to update, adjust, or discontinue the Lifetime Commissions feature anytime. Continued participation in the programme constitutes agreement to any policy updates.
