You can change the payment method for your subscription at any time from your account. This applies to subscriptions only — one-time orders are paid at checkout and have no saved payment method.
Steps
- Log in at blubrain.co.uk/account.
- Open your subscription.
- Choose the option to update or change the payment method.
- Enter the new card details and save. The next renewal is charged to the new card.
Switching between card and PayPal
To move a subscription from card to PayPal or the other way round, raise a ticket and we'll arrange it.
After a failed renewal
If a renewal failed because your card expired or was replaced, update it here and the payment will retry. See Troubleshooting Payment Issues.
