How to Request Account Deletion (For GDPR compliance & inactive users)

As part of GDPR compliance and privacy regulations, Blu Brain allows ambassadors to request the deletion of their account and personal data. This guide explains how to submit an account deletion request and what happens after your request is processed.

1. Understanding Account Deletion

Requesting account deletion means:
✅ Your Blu Brain Ambassador account will be permanently removed.
✅ All referral data, commissions, and payout history will be erased.
✅ You will no longer have access to the Ambassador Dashboard.
✅ Any pending commissions will not be paid once the account is deleted.

⚠ Important: This process is irreversible. If you request deletion, you must reapply if you wish to become an ambassador again.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Submit a Deletion Request via Email

1️⃣ Email [email protected] with the subject: "Account Deletion Request".
2️⃣ Include the following details:

• Full Name
• Registered Email Address
• Reason for Deletion (Optional)
  3️⃣ Our team will verify your request and confirm the deletion process.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion from Your Dashboard

1️⃣ Log into your Ambassador Dashboard Blu Brain Ambassador Login
2️⃣ Navigate to Profile Settings > Account Management
3️⃣ Click "Request Account Deletion" and follow the on-screen instructions.
4️⃣ You will receive a confirmation email—click the link to finalize your request.

3. What Happens After You Request Deletion?

? Processing Time: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days.
? Final Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that your account and data have been permanently removed.
? Data Removal: Your personal details and commission records will be erased in compliance with GDPR.

⚠ If you have pending commissions below the payout threshold (£25), they will be forfeited.
