How to Update Your Profile & Payment Details

Keeping your Blu Brain Ambassador account details up to date ensures smooth communication and hassle-free commission payouts. This guide will walk you through updating your profile information and payment details within the Blu Brain Ambassador dashboard.


1. Accessing Your Profile Settings

To update your profile details, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Log in to your Ambassador Dashboard: Ambassador Login 

2️⃣ Navigate to Profile & Settings 

3️⃣ Click Edit Your Account to make updates.

✅ Here, you can update:

  • First & Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Username (if allowed)

  • Social Media Links

  • Bio & Description

? Tip: Ensure your email is always up-to-date to receive important updates and commission payout notifications.


2. Updating Your Payment Details

You must have a valid PayPal email or UK bank details set up to receive your commissions.

2.1. Adding or Updating PayPal Details

1️⃣ Go to Payout Details in your Ambassador Dashboard 

2️⃣ Find the Payment Email (PayPal) field 

3️⃣ Enter your PayPal email address 

4️⃣ Click Save Changes

? Note: Your PayPal email must be valid to receive payments successfully.

2.2. Adding or Updating Bank Transfer Details (UK Only)

1️⃣ Under Payout Details, find the Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer) section 

2️⃣ Enter your Bank Name, Sort Code, and Account Number 

3️⃣ Click Save Changes

? Important: Bank transfers are only available for UK-based ambassadors.


3. Changing Your Password

For security reasons, we recommend updating your password regularly.

1️⃣ Navigate to Change Your Password in your Ambassador Dashboard 

2️⃣ Enter your current password 

3️⃣ Enter and confirm your new password 

4️⃣ Click Save Changes

Password Requirements:

  • Must be at least 8 characters long

  • Include letters and numbers for added security

If you forget your password, you can reset it anytime using the Reset Password Page.


4. Troubleshooting Profile & Payment Updates

4.1. Can’t Update My Email or Username?

❗ Some fields may be locked after your initial registration. If you need to change these, contact [email protected].

4.2. Payment Not Saving?

✅ Double-check for typos in your PayPal email or bank details. Ensure all required fields are filled correctly.

4.3. Forgot Password and Can’t Log In?

✅ Use the Reset Password Page to regain access.
