How to Track Your Sales & Performance in the Dashboard

As a Blu Brain Ambassador, monitoring your referrals, commissions, and overall performance is important. The Ambassador Dashboard tracks your sales, clicks, and payouts. This guide will show you how to access and analyse your performance.

1. Logging into Your Ambassador Dashboard

1️⃣ Go to the Login Page: Blu Brain Ambassador Login
2️⃣ Enter Your Credentials: Use your registered email and password.
3️⃣ Access Your Dashboard: After logging in, you'll be directed to the Ambassador Dashboard.

2. Navigating the Performance Tracking Sections

Once inside, your Dashboard Home will display key performance metrics at a glance, including:

✔️ Total Clicks – Number of people who clicked your referral link.
✔️ Conversions – How many clicks resulted in sales?
✔️ Total Earnings – Commissions you've earned so far.
✔️ Pending & Approved Commissions – Breakdown of earnings awaiting payout.

3. Tracking Your Referrals & Sales

To see details about your successful referrals:

1️⃣ Go to the "Referrals" Tab
2️⃣ Here, you'll see:

• Date & time of referral
• Customer order value
• Commission amount earned
• Referral status (Pending, Approved, Paid)

✅ Pending Referrals: Orders are being processed and will be approved once completed.
✅ Approved Referrals: Orders that successfully count toward your earnings.
✅ Paid Referrals: Commissions already transferred to you.

4. Tracking Clicks & Link Performance

Want to know how many people are clicking your links?

1️⃣ Go to the "Traffic Log" Tab
2️⃣ View details such as:

• Referral link used
• Click date & time
• Visitor location
• Conversion rate

? Tip: If you have high clicks but low conversions, try improving your content or call-to-action (CTA) to encourage purchases!

5. Checking Your Payment History

To monitor past and upcoming payouts:

1️⃣ Go to the "Payments" Tab
2️⃣ View:

• Payment date
• Payment method (PayPal/Bank Transfer)
• Amount paid

? Remember: Payments are processed on the 1st of each month if you've reached the £25 minimum balance.

6. Understanding Performance Reports

For a deeper analysis of your earnings and conversion rates:

1️⃣ Go to the "Reports" Tab
2️⃣ Choose a date range to view:

• Total commissions
• Best-performing referral links
• Conversion rates
• Top-selling products via your links
