How to Set Up & Change Your Payout Details (PayPal/Bank Transfer)

Ensure You Get Paid on Time!

You must set up your preferred payout method to receive your Blu Brain Ambassador commissions. Follow this guide to add or update your PayPal email or bank transfer details in your Ambassador Dashboard.


1. Access Your Payout Settings

1️⃣ Log in to your Ambassador Dashboard: Blu Brain Ambassador Login

2️⃣ Navigate to "Payout Details" from the dashboard menu. 

3️⃣ Choose your preferred payout method:

  • PayPal (Recommended for fast and international payments)

  • Bank Transfer (Available for UK-based ambassadors only)


2. Adding or Updating Your PayPal Details

Steps to Set Up PayPal Payouts: 

1️⃣ Select PayPal as your payout method. 

2️⃣ Enter your PayPal email address

3️⃣ Double-check for typos to avoid payout failures. 

4️⃣ Click Save Changes.

Important: Ensure your PayPal email is verified and can receive payments.


3. Adding or Updating Your Bank Transfer Details (UK Only)

Steps to Set Up Bank Transfers: 

1️⃣ Select Bank Transfer as your payout method. 

2️⃣ Enter the required bank details:

  • Account Holder Name

  • Sort Code

  • Account Number

3️⃣ Click Save Changes.

Note: Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process after issuing payment.


4. Verifying Your Payout Details

Before requesting a payout, make sure: 

✅ Your payout method is correctly set

✅ You have reached the £25 minimum payout threshold

✅ Your details are updated if you change PayPal or bank accounts.

Tip: Double-check your details before each payout cycle to avoid delays.


5. Requesting a Payout

Steps to Withdraw Earnings: 

1️⃣ Ensure you've met the £25 minimum balance requirement

2️⃣ Go to "Payouts" in your Ambassador Dashboard

3️⃣ Select your payout method (PayPal or Bank Transfer)

4️⃣ Click "Request Payout".

Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for all approved commissions from the previous month.


6. Common Issues & Troubleshooting

Payout Not Received?

Possible Reasons & Fixes:

  • Incorrect PayPal email or bank detailsDouble-check and update your payout details.

  • Minimum payout amount not met (£25)Keep earning until you qualify for a payout.

  • Payout request submitted after the deadlineWait for the next month's cycle.
