If you were expecting a payout but haven't received it, don't worry—this guide will help you troubleshoot common issues and find a solution.
1. Check the Payment Schedule
Payout Date: Payments are processed on the 1st of each month for commissions earned in the previous month.
Processing Time: Depending on your bank or PayPal, payments may take 1–5 business days to reflect.
Example:
- Commissions earned in March are paid on April 1st.
- If April 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday, processing may be delayed until the next business day.
2. Did You Reach the Minimum Payout Threshold?
Minimum Balance Required: £25
If your total commission is below £25, it will roll over to the next month until you reach the threshold.
How to Check Your Balance:
✅ Log into your Ambassador Dashboard
✅ Navigate to Payments > Balance
3. Is Your Payment Information Correct?
PayPal Payments: Make sure your PayPal email is correct in your Payout Settings.
Bank Transfer (UK Only): Double-check that your sort code and account number are entered correctly.
How to Update Payment Details:
✅ Log into your Ambassador Dashboard
✅ Go to Payouts > Edit Payment Details
✅ Ensure your PayPal email or bank details are accurate
❗ Incorrect details may cause payment failures or delays.
4. Was Your Referral Approved?
Pending Referrals: If your referred sales are still marked as pending, they won't count towards your payout.
Approval Time: Referrals are reviewed and approved within 7–14 days after the customer's purchase.
✅ Go to Referrals > Status to check the approval status of your commissions.
5. Possible Refund or Chargeback
If a customer refunds their order or there is a chargeback, the commission for that order will be revoked.
✅ Check your Referrals > History for any adjustments.
6. Technical or System Delays
Occasionally, there may be technical delays in processing payments. If all the above steps are correct and you still haven't received your payment, please wait 24-48 hours and check again.
