How to Fix Common Login Issues (Password, Access, Errors)

If you're having trouble logging into your Blu Brain Ambassador Dashboard, don’t worry! This guide will walk you through common login problems and how to resolve them quickly.


1. Forgot Password? Reset It Here

✅ Solution:

1️⃣ Go to the Ambassador Reset Password Page.
2️⃣ Enter your email address and submit the request.
3️⃣ Check your inbox for a password reset email (it may take a few minutes).
4️⃣ Click the link in the email and follow the steps to create a new password.

Didn’t receive the email?

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Ensure you’re using the correct email address associated with your account.
  • If you still don’t see the email, wait a few minutes and try again.

2. Incorrect Username or Password

If you see an "Invalid username or password" error, try these steps:

✅ Solution:

Double-check for typos – Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure Caps Lock is off.
✔ Try using your email address instead of your username.
✔ If unsure, reset your password using the steps in Section 1 above.


3. Account Not Approved Yet

If your application is still under review, you won’t be able to log in.

✅ Solution:

✔ Applications typically take 1-3 business days to review.
✔ If it’s been longer than 3 days, contact ambassador@blubrain.co.uk to check your status.


4. Too Many Failed Login Attempts (Locked Out)

If you’ve entered the wrong password too many times, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons.

✅ Solution:

✔ Wait 15 minutes and try again.
✔ If you still can’t log in, reset your password (see Section 1 above).


5. Can’t Access the Login Page?

If the login page isn’t loading or shows an error:

✅ Solution:

✔ Try opening it in Incognito Mode or clearing your browser cache.
✔ Use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
✔ Disable any browser extensions that might block login forms.
✔ Ensure your internet connection is stable.
